Can I change my booking to All- Inclusive nearer the time?

Yes, we maybe able to accommodate a change from a standard booking to an All-Inclusive. However, the sooner you enquire the more chance of this accommodation option being available for your chosen dates and your preferred partner choice being available too.

Can I amend or cancel any Preferred Partner booking?

Your booking will be direct with the preferred Partner and therefore you will be bound by their own Terms and Conditions. Please check with the preferred partner on their own procedures.

Can I add enhancement Upgrades or additional Preferred Partner activities to my booking?

Yes, if you would like to add further Prefered Partner activities or Upgrade enhancements this can be done by contacting us for further information and arrangement. We will need at least: *30 days from your check-in date to coordinate preferred partners *At least 2 weeks ffrom your check-in date for house enhabcements.
