How do I get the 10% discount when booking my accommodation directly?

Our online booking system has been set up so that it will offer you enhancement options to book alongside your accommodation booking and the price is automatically set at a 10% discount.

Can I book my enhancements separately nearer the time?

Yes you can, we just need at least 2 weeks notice to organise them for you. Just send us a message from this page and we can arrange the Enhancments and payment invoice.

I have a dietary request, can you cater for this?

Yes this is, we will contact you to check for any dietary considerations, if you have not told us already.

Do you have any food hygine certification and training?

Yes we have, as we are not preparing the food ourselves we are trained and certified to Level 2 in Food Hygiene standards.

Can I amend or cancel an enhancement request?

You can amend or cancel up to 2 weeks in advance of your check-in date, once we have sourced and arranged your upgrade we cant issue any refunds.
