Stairs in Property



There is 1 step into the property and 1 internal flight of stairs leading to the bathroom/bedrooms

All house rules must be adhered to for your safety and enjoyment.

*All guests over 16, staying at the property will need to be named, telephone number and home addresses given via our pre check-in form.


*Only the lead named person upon booking is permitted to stay, along with up to a max of 4 paying adults/children & 1 infant in a travel cot,


*Guests are liable for any damages which must be reported straight away, and they must be replaced like for like or will be billed for.


*Any guest damage to fixed item or urgent repairs needed, the owner or relevant trades-person assigned by the owner is permitted access to repair at cost to the guest if not deemed accidental.


*Guests are not permitted to charge electric cars using house sockets as this is a fire risk. Please discuss electric car needs prior to arrival.


*WiFi Internet access is provided free and guests accept to use this free access fairly and appropriately:


- children users must be supervised

- must have their own anti-virus protection

- must respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of others.

- must not use for malicious, fraudulent, illegal or misrepresentative purposes.

- nothing may be installed or used that modifies, disrupts, or interferes in any way with the service.


*The property must be kept clean and sanitary throughout use and upon check-out, leave the property left as it was received.


*All waste should be disposed of in the recycle and non-recycle bins provided, labelling is clear.


*If a 2 hour mid-stay clean is requested and paid for, guests must be out of the property during this clean.


*All towels must be placed in the bathtub at the end of your stay or before a mid-stay clean.


*Doors and windows should be locked when leaving the property during the stay and upon check-out.


*Direct Booking Guests Check-In time from 3pm and Check-Out is 11am unless other times were requested and/or shown on booking confirmation details.


*OTA Booking Guests Check-In time from 4pm and Check-Out is 10am unless other times were requested and/or shown on booking confirmation details.


*The owners are not responsible for any guest's loss of personal belongings or valuables during a booking.


*The owners are not responsible for guest accidents, injuries or illnesses while guests are using the premises, facilities or equipment.


*If anyone becomes ill during their stay the owners must be informed straight away.


*This is not an assured tenancy, and the property will be vacated at the specified check-out date and time on the booking confirmation.
