Yes, please let us know at the time of booking and if we can accommodate we will. Are Towels and Bedding Provided?

Yes we offer a large fluffy bath towel per guest and additional 2 hand towels in the bathroom. We do however have a washer dryer and laundry supplies in the kitchen that guests can use at their convenience. Both beds will be made up before arrival with soft cotton mattress toppers, covers and quilt covers, pillow cases and large back rest cushions.

How Accessible is the house?

The house was decorated with calming, muted, and matte colours. As much natural light as possible which can be toned down with blinds and nets. Dimmable lighting, soft surfaces, rounded corners, good wifi for multiple devices and a secure back garden. Due to the townhouse style of the property, we do have a step into the property (both the front door and back door) and an internal single flight of stairs up to the bathroom and bedrooms. The step into the property is 300mm high, the back door has 2 steps both 150mm down. The internal stairs have a handrail on both sides. The ground floor is all open plan with no steps between areas. Access into the property is via a light-up keypad but if vision is a problem we can provide a sterilised key fob for your stay. The heating is controlled via a NEST dial on the wall with a large display. The smoke / CO2 alarms both upstairs and downstairs have sensor nightlights to aid nighttime movement. There are also additional sensor nightlights on the stairs. You can increase or decrease the level of light to suit your stay on each device. Also within the property, there is an extra internal doorbell with an adjustable ring volume. If you are not sure how something works in the house, we have added all the basic information.

Dishwasher

On the inside of the door push the detergent dispencer button to open, place in a capsule and close.
On the top of the door press 'on' then press 'P' until you select the right programme and close the door. it will start automatically.

Heating (NEST)

The thermostat is locaed at the bottom of the stairs. The house temperature can be raised or lowered by turning the dial up or down.
Each radiator also has an individual thermostat so you can change the temerature in each room.

Press the digital hob button, select the zone and then select the power level (9 is the max)
For child lock when not in use press '-' and the left zone together. After the beep press the left zone again and an 'L' symbol will show. Repeate to deactivate.

Fill the iron with water - open water inlet cover and slowly fill to max line.
Place iron on stand to heat up - steady red = iron heating up, flashing green = iron ready, flashing red = iron needs reheating soon, flashing red and beeping = iron needs reheating now, slow pulsing red = auto shut off
Please unplug after use and leave somewhere safe to cool.

The sunshine is morning walk up, the star is night time / bedtime.

The stars round the edge of the screen disapear over the night until wake up sunshine apears.

Switch on andwait for the on button light to go green. Makesure there is water in the back!

Pull front lever (with the Dolch Gusto logo on) up and pull out the compartment. Pop in a coffee pod, slide back in the compartment and push the lever back down.

Slide top lever to the right for hot and left for cold water. Put back in the middle to stop the water flow.

How Accessible is the house?

The house was decorated with calming, muted, and matte colours. As much natural light as possible which can be toned down with blinds and nets. Dimmable lighting, soft surfaces, rounded corners, good wifi for multiple devices and a secure back garden.

Due to the townhouse style of the property, we do have a step into the property (both the front door and back door) and an internal single flight of stairs up to the bathroom and bedrooms.

The step into the property is 300mm high, the back door has 2 steps both 150mm down. The internal stairs have a handrail on both sides.

The ground floor is all open plan with no steps between areas.

Access into the property is via a light-up keypad but if vision is a problem we can provide a sterilised key fob for your stay. The heating is controlled via a NEST dial on the wall with a large display.

The smoke / CO2 alarms both upstairs and downstairs have sensor nightlights to aid nighttime movement. There are also additional sensor nightlights on the stairs. You can increase or decrease the level of light to suit your stay on each device.

Also within the property, there is an extra internal doorbell with an adjustable ring volume.
